Zahra has been cooking and preparing food for as long as she can remember. Cooking is her passion! The gratification that she receives from others, keeps that flame burning. She has prepared food for many occasions and for many of people. February 2006 is when she decided to create Soul Delight, LLC and began running it as a small catering business.

Fresh ingredients are used at all times. Nothing is out the can or the box. She is a Certified Food Safety Manager through NRFSP (National Registry of Food Safety Professionals). All food is prepared at a licensed commercial kitchen.

The main focus is to prepare appealing food. Soul Delight's mission is to not only have great food, but to have efficient and inviting customer service as well.
